I would seriously recommend giving this one a miss unless you
like the heat from black pepper, or consider reducing the amount of pepper used
– it really is tasty assuming you like black pepper of course – I suppose you
could have a glass of water next to you? Good luck if you do have a go…….

Peppered Roast Beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
½ tsp thyme
¼ tsp salt
Beef joint
- In a
small bowl, mix the oil, pepper garlic, thyme and salt. Rub the mixture
all over the beef, gently but firmly massaging the beef as you go. Place
the beef into a roasting tin.
- Bake at
350˚F (180˚C) until it reaches desired doneness.
